HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

ULTIMATE HIIT

Extreme-High-Intensity interval training, this exercise strategy uses alternating longer periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.  

*Similar to HIIT but in a much more intense fashion with shorter break periods between stations*

BOXING CONDITIONING

Boxing (HIIT style) workouts that target your entire body through cardio and strength moves, as well as build endurance.
